How do you raise money for charity?
Friends At Rest raises money for charity by charging a token amount to light candles or add gifts to tributes.
We track which tribute has generated money and for which charity.
For every $10 we raise, we donate $6 to the nominated charity (the remaining $4 goes towards the costs associated with running the site - we are non-profit making).
It is incredibly important to us that Friends At Rest not only comforts the bereaved but also serves to help the wider community.
